We wanted to communicate the idea of fixed rate certainty for uncertain events—showing that Coastline Credit Union is there for members when they need stability the most.

Process
I developed a concept inspired by emergency glass boxes, using them as a familiar visual metaphor for urgency and reliability. The idea was to translate the feeling of “in case of emergency” into a financial context, reinforcing that Coastline is there for members when unexpected life events happen. I designed the campaign assets in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring consistency across print and digital deliverables. Within the system, I also introduced the concept of a glowing brand mark—an illuminated version of the Coastline identity used within the emergency box to symbolize immediate availability, reassurance, and financial support in moments of uncertainty. This glowing mark acted as a visual signal of “help is here,” reinforcing the idea of stability and fixed-rate certainty when life feels unpredictable. I then applied this system across campaign touchpoints to maintain clarity and impact.
